Located 46 km west of Kalamata, in Kombi of Messinia (Peroulia beach), on the road to Koroni (52 km from Kalamata), in a natural setting of rare beauty, weaved by time and nature on the loom of the Mediterranean, is the agrotouristic family-business of Mr. Vassilopoulos Konstantinos, consisting of four furnished apartments (named "DORA") and a traditional taverna (named "PEROULIA KOSTAS"). The furnished tourist apartments are characterised by their interesting architectural form and they are separate units, each with independent access. Each apartment features two bedrooms, garage, garden, TV, air conditioning, a kitchen and a bathroom and it can accommodate 4-5 persons.

In the same place, next to the furnished tourist apartments, right by the sea, operates the traditional taverna of Messinian style, where the guests can discover all the secrets of the Mediterranean Kitchen, the art of healthy eating (traditional local agricultural products with main component the Extra Virgin Olive Oil), indulge their taste buds with fresh fish, harvested from the sea of Messinia or enjoy delicacies of the European kitchen.
